As you may have guessed, my name is Richard Bivins and by day I am a Permit Consultant in the city of Chicago where I help homeowners, business owners, general contractors, and architects obtain the proper building permits and business license so that they can complete their projects.

When I’m not obtaining permits, I’m a content writing Wordpress Ninja.  More accurately, I’m a freelance commercial writer. I have a BA in History which has given me a great propensity for research and writing.  I write for my own blogs and as a guest blogger for anyone that is interested.  I can, and do, write about anything but mostly I like to write and teach about blogging and how to use social networks for the greatest benefit

My Blogs

I’ve been blogging for many years.  I enjoy creating blogs and getting them set up for other people.  I point them in the right direction and give them insight and follow up suggestions to keep them on track.  But I also maintain a few of my own blogs as well as write hundreds of articles on Hubpages.com.  My main 3 sites I spend my time on are:

Hubpages.com (This is where I enjoy testing the waters with articles aimed at generating income through Adsense, Amazon, and Ebay, as well as other affiliates)

Youth Baseball (This is where I write anything and everything related to, you guessed it, youth baseball.)

My Twitter Activity

As I mentioned above, I love to write and teach about blogging and how I earn an income from my blogs.  I’m constantly learning and sharing what I have learned.  My goal is to have all of my income solely derived from my online content and I want to share this journey as well as learn from you my loyal followers.  After all, I could not do what I do without you.  So, if you want to tag along with me on this journey to financial success through blogging then please follow me @Richard_Bivins
